I want to especially thank Beth Wojahn for all the work she did in coordinating and setting everything into motion. Linda Torgerson spent a lot of time contacting businesses and individuals and collecting donations. Patti Martinson once again helped to get donations and publicity. Kyle and the other members of the RALLY youth who helped with many things.
David Mikeska of Mikeska sound an Lights came through for us once again with a wonderful sound and helping line up musicians. Thomas Gorder provided some great music that was enjoyed by everyone.
Karen Gunderson Olsen deserves a big thank you for giving the welcome from the Rapid City Council. State Senator Tom Katus gave a great speech that both energized and informed the crowd.
Main Street Market donated a beautiful gift basket that served as a door prize along with a $25 gift certificate from the Great Wall and the Imperial Chinese Restaurant. Paws donated some doggy treats and B & L Bagels donated a large quantity of bagels for everyone to enjoy. Sheels Sporting Goods donated bottled water and energy bars.
And finally and most importantly a huge thank you to everyone who donated and walked. The young people from Job Corps and from Volunteers of America were great. Without you all it would not have been the success that it was. Thank you to Mother Nature for giving us a beautiful Black Hills day.

Also, thanks to Starbucks in The Gap for their donation of coffee beans, and to Maddi Price and Justin Pederson for making extra buttons at the last minute! Sounds like it was great that we had them!
